New in: Shopping in Toulouse

Wanted to show you some of the treasures I brought back with me from Toulouse. Apparently they have a COS store there... you can see how that ended! Hahah, I just love that brand and their spring/summer collection is really good this year. My credit card limited me to buying two sweaters though (got to think about paying the rent as well..) but could just as well bought the whole store. The dress is amazing - just wait and see. I've been drooling over these oxfords for a while, but when I was about to buy them online they were sold out. I got lucky finding these in my size on sale at Stradivarius. And last but not least, I stopped buy the Jimmy Fairly store in Toulouse where I had fun trying on all their cool shades and got amazing help by the seller. I've been looking for a pair of minimalistic black sunglasses for a loooong time, and these are just perfect ! Classy, but with an edge. You can see me wearing them here. Finally. I promise that I'm trying to update the blog as often as possible! It's not that easy though when I'm at school until 16-18.00 every day, have huge amounts of homework and are dancing seven hours per week, but I'm doing the best I can. 

Today I had some extra free between my classes, so I went with some friends to take a coffee and took advantage of the situation by asking Amira to take some photos for me agian (Thank you!). I wore the silk blouse I bought at Maché de la Mode Vintage last weekend and my new Aldo shoes. Love the pale blue color - perfect with rose gold! And the boots.. I'm still not over the fact that they're mine.

This outfit is perfect. I know it's still summer here in France, but I can't help longing for all the beautiful autumn collections in store now. (I'm not complaining over the weather though!) So I'll find myself some nice burgundy colored pieces instead. Like these. I just have to win the lottery first..

Ready for the night

I've been spending this weekend outside. Friday evening I went out to chat and drink some wine with a good friend at a little resturant in Lyon centrum. Oui, je me sentais comme une vrai française. I would say the french life suits me well. I spent saturday afternoon window shopping with Henriette and Anna, and at night we came together with the other norwegian girls to celebrate an 18th birthday.

So yeah, I've had a great weekend (if we don't count all the hours I've been spending on homework today...). The pictures are taken from my appartment balcony saturday night. I apologize for the quality. It was a bit difficult to take good pictures without flash when it was as dark as it was. I promise to take some pictures in town for you. Lyon is magical by night! Anyway, I love the fact that I can wear short sleeves after 22.00 without freezing. Here I'm wearing my COS top, a jersey skirt and my favorite boots.
