Petroleum

Knit - Petroleum / Skirt - H&M / Leather boots - Eram / Ear rings - Accessorize

These photos are from a photoshoot I did with GONES Photographies in November. I think this is a great look when you want to dress up while it's cold outside. The chunky sweater add some volume to the outift and help you keep warm, while a pair of high boots prevent you from getting your feet cold. Combine it with thight bottoms such as a pencil skirt or skinny pants and add some sparkle in form of jewelry! As my sweaters neckline is high I decided to go with some big ear rings and pinned up my hair to show them off. A new years eve look maybe ?

The Blues

I just love mixing materials. Velour and leather can be such a great combo if combined the right way! And these pants are truefully the best vegan leather pants I've ever tried on, and the only pair I've ever bought. This is the type of clothing you can't buy if it don't fit perfectly.. I acually ordered these on-line because of their great reviews even though I'm really sceptical to buying pants without trying them on first, but I'm so happy I did! 

This weekend I have a lot going on. It's the Fête des Lumières in Lyon, and even though the temperature has dropped drastically these last two weeks I'm counting on going out one night to see the lights. I'm going to a birthday party tomorrow, and else my weekend schedule is filled with brunches and coffee dates - and hopefully some dance rehearsals - in the middle of all the "practical" things I have to do. THE OTHERS - Photo project by GONES Photographies

If you follow my instagram account you might already know that I participated on a photo project with GONES Photographies last saturday. I'm so exited to show you the result! It isn't anything like my usual outfit posts, but it's good whith a bit of change sometimes don't you think? In case any of you are wondering what I'm wearing: blouse from Flattop (similar here) , skirt from H&M (similar here) and shoes from Stradivarius.

Photoshoot exclusives

Remember the photoshoot I had with Gones Photographies ? While making the blog posts I had to exclude some of my favorite shots as they didn't really fit in with the rest of the photos. I think it's a shame though, leaving them on my computer disk to be forgotten , so I decided to make an extra post for you with one additional photo from each of the series. Love my new boyfriend jeans from Zara. Here paired with a transparent blouse and some old favorites of mine. The necklace was given to me as a gift from my bestfriend some years ago when she came back home after a longer vacation, and the heels and the bag I've found treasure hunting in my moms old closet. 

We're about to start preparing dinner at our apartment in Cannes. Yesterday we spent the night at the beach playing volley and taking midnight swims, tonight though we're planning on staying dry in a bar. We're having so much fun! Royals

Blazer and shorts - Whyred / Top - Brandy Melville / Shoes - Second hand / Necklace - Gina Tricot / Rings - H&M

Personally I think there's nothing more stylish than a suit. This one from Whyred is by far my favorite. I love the color and the fit, and the fact that it comes with shorts instead of the traditional pants. Paired it with my patent leather shoes (found at Marché de la mode Vintage in Lyon), a crop top and statement jewelry. Perfect combo for a night out.

At the moment I'm relaxing the beach and enjoying midnight cocktails with some friends in Cannes.  I'll be staying here until Friday, then I'll be heading back home to Bodø. I hope you're enjoying your vacation as much as I am. Promise to take a lot of photos! I'll be posting the last serie from the collaboration with GONES Photographies in my next post.
