Weekend trip to Milan

As I've finally got a weekend off and I'm not spending this Sunday on our summer house where there is zero internet connection I wanted to share the photos I took while I was visiting Milan! I went on a weekend trip with Clara during our spring break and since then I've been too occupied with everything else to have the time to go through the photos we took.

Anyways, we had a great time ! We visited a couple of tourist attractions, went shopping and spent a lot of time drinking coffee and eating gelato. We were there in the middle of Design Week and got to participate on a couple of PR parties and went to the Design Week Festival. It was so much fun! Sadly I don't have any photos from it because my phone crashed and I lost everything. Well, that's life... (but I still have an outfit post for you guys!!).  I'm really looking forward to going back to this beautiful city.

Corsica - Photo diary

Here are the photos from our trip to Corsica ! We had a great time. The weather was nice and the island is such an idyllic place. We stayed in Ajaccio which is the capital city of Corsica, where I spent most of my time relaxing with the girls. I went a couple of times to the beach ( which is great by the way ) , but exept that I wandered around in the streets, went to cafés and enjoyed the sun. We also went to a couple of museums and got a bus tour, and Wednesday we took a ferry down to Bonifacio which is a beautiful small city in the south of the island. 

It was really nice to get away from all the schoolwork and gather forces for all the exams that lays ahead. If you're looking for a relaxing place by the sea for your next vacation I would definetly recommend you to give Corsica a try !

Toulouse

Last week I went to Toulouse with the norwegian girls at my school and I wanted to a couple of photos from our trip with you. We went to museums, visited the medieval city Carcassonne and got a tour at a university. As we didn't have a full-packed program we found ourselves with a lot of free time which I spent relaxing at the hotel and walking around the city with some of the girls - basically meaning eating, drinking coffee and doing some serious shopping. It was really nice spending a vacation together without running between tourist attractions, this giving us time to get to know the new girls and recharge after an intense trimester. Now I'm back in Lyon with one of my best friends from Norway who flew in to visit me for the week. I have a lot of city to show her and many resturants to explore so the photos of the result of my little shopping spree in Toulouse will have to wait until later!

Cannes - Photo diary

Better late than never: here's my photo diary from what has to be one of my favorite travels yet. Cannes is a beautiful city. The coast line is to die for and there's always something happening there. No tourist attractions this time. Cannes was all about taking a well deserved vacation after a long year, relaxing and having fun with my friends. We basically passed our week lying on the beach in the morning and trying out various beach bars in the night (if not taking nightly baths and playing volley). I have no idea how the time passed so fast! I'll definitely be going back again sometime - hopefully with Denis, Claire, Charlotte, Juliette, Mathilde and Emma. I can't remember last time I had so much fun!
