Sorry for the lack of posts lately.. I have barely blogged since Milan. Well, I have a good excuse though: it's only two weeks left before the bac. I've basically been working non stop and when I haven't been working I've passed out on the couch while watching a movie or something. It's too bad I've had to put the blogging aside but right now nothing's more important than my finals.. If I get some extra time (and energy) between studying the next weeks I'll try to put up the photos I took with Clara on our weekend trip to Italy. Can't promise anything though! I'll pass my exams from the 17th to the 24th June. Cross all your fingers for me!

These photos were taken a couple of months ago, when it was cool enough outside to wear anything else than a bikini. 33C outside today - that's much more than what a poor norwegian soul can take..

I love a double denim outfit while a patterned shirt make the look a bit more fun and prevents it from getting "too blue". Put on some red lipstick and a cool leather jacket to add some edge and you're good to go!

 Wow, I can't believe how this week flew by so fast! I've had so much work to do, that I didn't even get time to take my dance classes. Or blog. Or be a social human being. Well, I'm hoping this is only a "start phase"..  Most likely that's not the case but I can always dream can't I?
These are the last photos I have to show you from this summer. They were taken back home in Bodø just before I left. I really miss not thinking about limits of sequences and sinusoids...

Time's blowing away at the moment. While spending hours by my desk I can't help but reminiscing about blue ocean, fresh air and soft white sand. How did the summer pass so fast?

Paisley for Summer

Love this summer look. Normally I don't tie scarfs around my head as I usually let my hair live its own life, but I decided to make an exeption for my turquoise paisley silk scarf. It's simply too pretty to be hidden at home in my closet (and I'm not wearing anything around my neck when it's 30°C outside). Plus; the color is perfect with my pilot sunglasses!

Wednesday I finished my written french exam, and next Friday I'll be passing my orals and dancing at my studios summer show. This means I'll be reading and dancing untill then. But no worries! I was out taking photos two days ago and have some projects coming up, so my blogposts will keep on coming. Thinking about bringing my school books to the park and study outside untill my dance rehersals this evening. Only one week left before I'm on vacation! 

Parisian Summer Vibes

Photos are taken in the garden behind Notre Dame in Paris after eating ice cream at Île Saint-Louis and looking at the stands showing off old pictures and post cards while walking down along the Seine. Spring in Paris? Yes please!

Wearing my moms old denim jacket over one of my findings from Nice. This dress is amazing. Goes from casual till "ready for a cocktail" just by taking of a jacket. The best part is that in Paris you can show the world your bejeweled shoulders whenever you like, because in Paris it's never too late or early for a drink.

EXPOSURE IV W

When my favorite sneakers fell apart - for the third time... after trying to force the sole back in place with an unknown amount of super glue - I had to face the fact: my shoes were worn out.

I've been searching for a similar pair for a long time, but nothing seemed good enough to replace my old ones - until some days ago when I was strolling through the shoe section at Printemps. Who else would be able to compete with my old Diesel sneakers than, exactly, Diesel. I don't know why I haven't seen these ones before now... They're even cooler than my old pair. I'm so happy I don't really know how to express myself. So finally I've have something to wear again when I know I'm going to walk for a while. Perfect for shopping, lazy days in the park and those times you know you have to run to the subway to reach whatever you're late to in time. New favorites? I think so.
